BASEMENT CONVERSION |  PRIVATE RESIDENCE

An old coal store in the basement of an 1800’s cottage was lovingly converted into a warm, comfortable and stylish boot room, shower and drying room. With bespoke joinery, made by master carpenters from local English oak and ash, the fully scribed furniture turned this once dark and damp room into a functional room.

 

With nautical touches of the porthole window and mirror, along with industrial style rails, as well as underfloor heating and an extraction system, this room is now ready to be enjoyed.
